Over the counter migraine medications really aren't much different from regular painkillers. They're most likely a combination of ibuprofen, acetomenophen and aspirin. Possibly with a bit of caffeine in them. And they don't do squat for migraines. Acetomenophen is actually one of the worst things you can take for a migraine. The likelihood of them "cancelling each other out" is slim, since they are most likely the same thing in different quantities.
Prescription migraine medications aren't painkillers. There are all sorts of different types, but most of them are designed to regulate the blood vessels in the brain to allow proper blood flow. Most people take them in conjunction with a painkiller when suffering a migraine.

I dont know if you get them where you are Joob Joob. But I take TRAMADOL for arthtritis. They are brilliant. I also know a young fellow who had terrible trouble with his back till he took these tablets. It made his life a lot easier*.Migrain is for head aches not back pain

never heard of them ,tho i dont hav arthtritis but i do know vicodin and ibprofen work great together that's what the doc proscibed when my back went last time
