    I'm not Ad, but I have absorbed enough medication to know that mixing different drugs and ingreasing quantities isn't wise.
    It may actually cause more harm than good.

    But what's really a pain in the arse (aha humour!) is when your doctor refuses to prescribe anything more than ibuprofen when you're really in pain, just to avoid you getting addicted.
    When I had migrains (thank the gods they're gtting rare) the bastard refused to prescribe me some codein (the only thing that soothed me) because it is an opiate drug.
