Which Java Program Do I need that will enable me to use various features on ALL websites...Currently when i come to one of those APPLET deals when i click it...doesn't do anything..it won't let me past that solid grey box?

Specs:

Intel P4 D845WN Motherboard
Intel P4 1.5 CPU
604 SDRAM
Windows XP Home Edition

I had the same problem a while ago. A Windows update did not help so I downloaded Microsoft Virtual Machine here: http://www.krm.com/techsupport/tech-downloads_mvm.html

I'm using Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_02 as a plugin for Opera 7.03. For IE6 I'm using MVM (I think). I use Opera 90% of the time & this plugin rocks!
