    Is this acceptable ?

do you think that women should ask men out or is it only appropriate for men to ask women ?

if you are a woman ( or jonno) have you ever asked a guy out ?

if your a guy has a woman ever asked you out ?

It's a great idea in fact it should be compulsary at least once in a woman's life, why should it be left to the fella's all the time

All spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in my post's are intentional.

Of course it's acceptable. I've asked a few guys out on dates. It's all gender stereotyping really. Most guys I know would be immensely flattered at being asked out instead of having to do the asking.

Not only do I think it is acceptable, I think it is preferable.

These days it's pretty much a two way street. Always has been too as far as I recall, even in School.

    Perfectly acceptable IMO.

I wouldn't mind if it happened to me.

It's perfectly fine. sometimes, it alleviates pressure on men, cause of old societal norms dictating they do the asking.
    Don't read what isn't there.

    That's true.

I've been directly approached at a bar. I wasn't complaining
