well ive turned off overclocking (on the vid card) and used crap cleaner it sorta helped... thats about all i can tell ya

Well what makes you think it's slow anyway...a certain game? just doing stuff is slow? explain when it seems to be slow and tell us an approximate guess of the time it takes for something or the fps in games or whatever.

I dont know about the fps but startup is hella slow and for somereason bootvis doesent seem to be working and just doing stuff is quite slow.

How slow is statup...how long does it take, at what point does it seem to take teh longest (what is on the screen at the time) and how much hard drive activity is going on.

I dont know that information sir. just like ladong up nav and at the welcome screen it takes along time to load up. is there any other apps besides bootvis for a faster startup?
