Music Genre

Hi

I was just updating my mp3 playlist and found out that most of them do not have many details.. like Genre , Album.. etc Do i have to update it individually?
Does any one know a website/software which will enable me to update the genre' of the songs in minimum possible time...

Tag N rename is the best program you could use I can think of

Thanx a Million Dude... It works gr8 for me.. But I've a bit of problems if I do not have the complete album... I've to edit each song individually.

I just discovered the Windows Media Player Media Library.


There's a feature called Find Album Info in it... Its v. useful.. and I've liked the Media Library ... except for it hangs occasionally when finding album info.. Does any one know any addon to the Media Library or an external program which lets me manage the Media Library more effectively?

I dont like the Windows media Player at all.

Been using OrangeCD to make "libararies", he he...

WinAmp has some library stuff also.

Or some other media player.

I use the Media Player Classic (MegaCodecPack) for listening and viewing files,
OrangeCD to organize, Tag&Rename to tag 'em.

Well.. I've one more question... I heard from somewhere that using the Media library is a bit risky

May be its stupid.. but i heard that using the Find Album Info feature in WMP can enable microsoft to track your location if your windows version is legal/illegal....

Is this true or just a hoax?
