@ Mathea....I know which 'flan' you are referring to as I had it in Boston, its disgusting jellified wierd stuff.

The flan being referred to as a 'gypsy tart' is a pastry case type flan and completely different...and much nicer.....

ok but i have issues with food texture... like the thought of eating cottage cheese is gross.... add fruit to it and ill gag on sight of seeing someone else even put it in a bowl....
