Thread: Problem with HaloPC

  1. #1
I downloaded the image, flt-halo.bin, and burned it to a CD using MakeCue and Nero6. However, when I try to install, it tells me there's something wrong with the Cab5.CAB archive on the CD. It says this could be caused by either a corrupt archive or not enough memory; but I KNOW I have plenty of memory. So, anyone have any suggestions, or a hash-link for a fully working Halo?
The answer is out there. It's coming for you.

Have you checked that the CD image is intact? What p2p app did you download it with? If kazaa then it is probably corrupted.

http://cdmage.orcon.net.nz/frames.html is a handy little utility to check that your cd image is not corrupt, can perform fixes as well.
