mmmm yep Yogi I love thai basil but I cant get any where I live last year I grew my own but this year the little blacks flies got to it.

It can be a real pain living in a backward northern town in England, I had to go down to Birmingham 38 miles away to get most of my ingredients!

    Same here!!!!

I have to go to Utrecht, 50 mile drive, to get mine.

But i found a new herb/spice guy at the market in Apeldoorn(20 miles), who will make

    order anything i ask.

I am still looking for a dried/pref. freezedried version.

I'll keep you posted on my findings, okay???

Next time i visit that market, i'll post some pics!!!!

I can spent hours at the guy's stand. The knowledge/stories of that man......

    Cooking is my passion.

Tonight i'm serving GoatStew in portwine and dates!!!!

    Boil water.

    Put egg in.

3 minutes for a soft yellow.

    5 for fully boiled.
