Oooh without the garlic, that salmon pasta dish looks very appetising. Dill with salmon is gorgeous.

I only cook very simple meals, maybe beans on toast or Pasta with a tomato and herb sauce (which is a tin of tomoatos mixed with some dried herbs )

    Cooking isn't my forte
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

--Good for them if they survive.

    Don't get me started!!!!

I do all the cookin', wouldn't have it any other way.

I do surinam, thai, carribean, cajun, etc, etc.....

A daily culinary jewelry, or no meal atv all.

If you like cooking, it will taste that way........

    If you don't, leave it.

But i bet you will notice when you did your best!!!!

Now there's a reward you like............

I would recepies please - cauze im bored of my own food
everyone has a different style. (and no i dont want to open a book)

Two things that are Rediculously Easy if you have tons of friends over - and its sensational

Do these 2 at the same time

    Get White & Red Wine
(and no you dont need to 60s standard fondue "set"

Cheese Fondue-buy a few paks of ready cheese fondue, french baguette, smear pot with garlic, shoove in Cheesy paks, peper heat up, stir all the time - in meantime heatup bread - cut bread in small pieces. get tons of forks, tea lights and some kkind of stand to put on on-serve

Meat Fondue - get different types of meat, chicken, vegetables - pot with good olive oil, heat up oil, cut meat and veggies into pieces - serve pot on candles (use old tableclothetc it gets real messy)

    chicken curry jaipur

1 4lb stewing chicken, cut up.
    3c hot water
    2 1/2 t salt (use less)
    3 peppercorns
1 onion, studded with 4 cloves (use few more)
    1 small carrot
    2 T butter
    2/3 c minced onion
3 T curry powder (get a good brand)
    1 c coconut milk
    1/8 t freshly ground pepper
    3T chopped crystalized ginger
    1/4 t ground cloves
    1 t chopped fresh mint or 1/2 t dried
1/4 c lime juice (fresh or roses)
    1/2 c heavy cream

this next part is in my own words, Nat

    1. Put the chicken in BIG pot with the water, 2t salt, peppercorns, onion and carrot. Cover and simmer for an hour.

    2. Remove chicken from broth and cool. Reserve broth. Get all the chicken off the bones and cut into small pieces.

    3. Melt the butter in LARGE pan (tht you have a lid to fit). Add the onions and saute til tender, not brown. Stir in the curry powder.

    4. Gradually add the coconut millk and one c of the strained chicken broth. (I use a little more). Add the pepper, remaining salt, ginger, cloves and mint. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min.

    5. Add the chicken and continue cooking about 30 min more (til chicken is tender). Just before serving, stir inthe lime juice and then the cream.

    6. Serve over rice, and serve condiments and chutney. (I hate chutney)

(I've served with chopped nuts, gold raisins, chopped apples, and shredded coconut for the condiments)
This is the best recipe. I love it.
    Don't read what isn't there.
