How many out there have indulged in the whole genre of books generated by 9-11/the "War on Terror"/the "Iraq war?"

There are so many out there lately that it's impossible to keep up. Seems everytime I go to the bookstore there are 6 more waiting to be perused. So -- anyone read any of them that are worth recommending?

    Cheers,

Every one that I have read has left me in the end thinking "wow, I really could have just thrown my money into the street and had more fun."

I don't believe in encouraging people who try to make money from any kind of tragedy.

Therefore I refuse to buy any book related to 9/11.

If someone from a registered charity approached me on the street asking for a donation for the NYFD/PD widow's fund, I would happily give as much as I could.

Book and movie writing, however, just reeks of opportunism.
