Throw up soon

What would you say is the best way to handle this?
Drink fluid or eat something so I at least have something to chuck?
Or go for it on an empty stomach, that way not puking for long?

I don't fancy that much to be honest, would rather not throw up at all

well I suggest putting some liquid in ur stomach, cuz if u just have toast its gonna be thick n gross coming up....

Well I did'nt get a chance, soon after posting the above I had to rush (read as hobble quickly) up to the bathroom and spent the next 30 mins throwing up and having coughing fits

I think I now understand the pain of childbirth
