thanks ill try that i have to wait till a certain time for that mission can't do it right away only time for a bit of sleep now will try it in the morning

i used the brady guide.. I beilieve the tags would take atleast a week to find (not worth that long).. just like the hidden packages in GTA3 and Vice.. but tags are sorta easier. Most are in alleyways and such. Also populare places, like on the entrance of the Frieght Train Alley.

it would be impossible to get 100% without the brady guide, or some sort of online guide, some of the snapshots are crazy, take a picture of a hill in the middle of a park, yea like I would have done that.
