nope, but I've had a hunter fall from the sky and not blow up in Los Santos.. Hopped right in and flew around. Had another fall, but blow up later on some other day.

A fun thing to do in this game is get chase by the police in San Fierro and then run up over the entrance to the tunnell that is made into the rocks and then watch police as they jump down and scream to their death.
