How do I dual wield? I am at Hitman level on the 9mm and one of the SMG's.

Oh and what building is it that has the parachute? The tallest one downtown Los Santos?

Nevermind about the parachute. Found it. Hope I figure out how to use it on the way down

only certain weapons can be dual weilded, pistols smg's tech 9's, mach 10's...etc etc. you have to reach a certain stage as well.
