Where shall I locate the fighter jet which is supposed to be residing on the tanker? I proceeded over there with thy jet pack and it wasn't anywhere to be found. Vanquished?

It's only their in the mission. After you beat the mission, it shows up at your airstrip. Think the mission is the second return to Los Santos mission

I've just finished the game, and never did the casino heist misson I keep hearing about.
Was it an optional mission...can I even do that mission since I already beat the game?

Well i beat it to and still have not done it.Every time i go try to get the key from my girl she not home.Guess that means its too late for the mission :-[
