    You wanna keep warm Yogi, drink plenty and just rest.
    If it's flu there's not a lot you can do really, short of seeing a doc I guess

    You'll be ok dude

    And I would'nt worry, I wake up stiff every morning.......try that after an op down there

    Thanks, sweety, that sound comforting.

    I won't try your suggestion, at least in combination with the op thing.....

    Sorry, Yogi. There seems to have been a dearth of people with ailments in the lounge recently. I think all the sympathy has mutated to apathy

    Hope you get well soon and if you're looking for constructivism then see a doctor

    This always sorts me out although the tea tastes horrible.

    You will need the following ingredients
    * Onions
    * Root ginger
    * Cloves of garlic
    * Elderflowers (fresh if possible but elderflower tea will do)
    * Honey

    If you have a cough too you will also need
    * 2 teaspoons of dry mustard powder
    * Ginger & eucalyptus essential oils

    Now take 1 onion cut it into quarters and place 1 quater in each corner of the house (onions have an asbsortion and netralisation qualities so this will stop the germs spreading)

    Then make up a big batch of French onion soup which you'll need to sup every day until you feel better.

    Now make the (gross tasting) tonic. grate some fresh ginger and crush some garlic into a mug, add the elderflowers (or elderflower tea) and brew for 10 mins, add some honey.

    Get a large bowl and fill it with hot water, add the mustard powder and sit for 10 mins with your feet in the bowl.

    Burn the essential oils.

    OK......... so 3 times a day (morning, noon, and evening) soak your feet for 10 mins whilst drinking the tea and follow this with a bowl of the onion soup.

    This should melt away the stiffness, clear you head and boost your immune system.

    Hope you feel better soon.
