    That's UHARC. It's a bit hard to use though.

    I like to use WinRar. Make sure the compression method is set to best, create solid archive is checked and the dictionary size is 4096KB.

    i did use that 7zip it sucks and i did set winrar to high and all the above it still doesnt compress good enough how do u use uharc?

    Well you haven't supposed to compress a file which has already been compressed....

    I use the 7zip compression extension in IZArc (freeware). It can compress in 11 different formats & decompress over 30 different extensions.

    I like to use WinACE as it decompresses a lot of different formats and compresses to a few of them as well.

    But it's not as good as what you're looking for, it will only take off a couple percent of the file's size.
