what app do you guys use to convert a dvd to divx/xvid format? thanks

I've only done it like twice since it takes me about 4 hours or something, but i use Super DVD Ripper. Does what i want...DVD to VCD or DVD to DIVX.

I use DVD Decrypter to rip the DVD and then use Dr DivX to encode it.Theres heaps of cracked versions around. Has an easy three step method. Pretty fast depending on your computer. Heres a link to there website http://www.divx.com/divx/drdivx/ and one to DVD decrypter http://www.dvddecrypter.com/

I used something called "1 click DVD ripper", it only took it about and hour and a half and at great quality.
