@RF......Yeah but they made a major shift in the allowences, last tax year it was £1500 you paid 10% on and 27,000 before high rate, they actually gave us a break![]()
@MJPF.......Yeah thanks for thatthe only thing that does is they work out how much you gotta pay, usually do that as I fill in the form anyway, does'nt take much

The end of September thing is bollocks, when you think about it.
They work the tax out whether you put a figure into the box or not. If you've done it incorrectly they will correct you, send you a letter about it and ammend your bill accordingly. They mislead you into getting your form in early cause they get all stressed and overworked in January, I reckon.
