Holy Mama - and you act as if you dont know how to make a website
that site you made looks serious (thought you where going to make something real paint style)
except it loads REAL slow....(could be host(my fault) or the size of images are too big.

I am presently still using NamoWebitor (trial) and am slowly going over to dreamweaver. i find Namo easier to understand as a Noob
    how to make alink
load your page in Dreamweaver or Namo
Mark the Image or ext you want linked
in the menu bar there is a "Create Hyperlink" button looks like a chain
    or
right clik the image - the text you want linked
    clik on "Create Hyperlink"

fill in the adress where you want the link to go

Have you checked if your ISP offers web space as most do and are rather fast.
I have alot of pages on mine now and just got a shortened URL to put the finishing touch on it...

I have Comcast and I registered my name for the website. What would my sites name look like if I got the name shortened? O yea, and how do I set it up for me to mak a webpage and upload my zip file?

Your website on your ISP would be something like hxxp://members.yourisp.com/username/index.html although you could get a redirect shortened url somewhere like http://www.cjb.net/ and http://www.dot.tk/vc00802.html#free which are a couple of many and use your shortened url to point to that long one at your ISP which in my opinion is a better place to host web pages if you have access. As for uploading your files you could do it with IE by accessing your ftp space once activated at fxp://members.yourisp.com/username/, call your ISP and ask for the specifics or you could use an ftp program which is generally better like SmartFTP which is what I use...

You should learn how to program in HTML

It's very easy, and it will HUGELY help you.

There's a zillion sites on HTML, just google for them.
