    Hey I was wondering from your experiences if you had.... What is a good Program that optimizes your Connection? In my case Cable... I have tried a few products but they have REDUCED my speed rather than improve. . . So I am seeking your opinions of programs that I can try out... I don't mind if they are free or pay to use, as I will sacrifice the money to use it if it really does work. . .

    Throttle is good. For dialup. Don't know how it'll work on faster connections.

    To hugoharding Throttle just just gets my connection closer to max dialup. Tweaks some settings tis all.
