    this is a collection of my thoughts and emotions over the last couple of weeks, i'm just a bit stressed and need to sort my head out

    does this work as a poem? i tried to make each line progressively darker, did that come through?

    I like it. I'm wondering if using a full-stop at the end instead of a comma would be more effective. I'm not just being picky, I just think it would make each couplet stand out more as a statement.


    I like cleaniness, but I hate cleaning.
    I like winning, but I hate seeing people lose.
    I like peace, but I hate silence.
    I like order, but I hate routine.
    I like choice, but I hate decisions.

    i used commas because i thought it was all really just one big juxtaposition, not a series, but a full stop would be grammatically correct, and you're the english student so i guess you're right

    and indeed placing smilies is a pain in the arse
