Are there any Microsoft Word alternatives? I reformatted my hard drive a week ago, and I don't have my Microsoft Office 2003 cd, since it's in a storage shed. Does anyone know a program that has the same features as Word?

When I made the last post, I had already started downloading it. I'm extracting it now.

    I like TextMaker

(I'd make it a proper link, but I forgot the bbcode for it, and the buttons to do it are gone!)

I think Corel WP is ok... but works a bit differently than MS Word. All in all, I think they are basically the same, 'cept for a few functions.

If you hop onto slsk Hunted... I am sure you can find it there, or better yet, a copy of MS Office.

    Good luck.
