For what reason did you purchase that first console? (Xbox, Gamecube, or PS2)

Gameboy Color= Pokemon
N64= Mario
Dreamcast= Sonic
Ps1= Dino Crisis/Resident Evil
Gameboy Advance= Mario
Gameboy SP= Pokemon/Lit up screen!
Ps2= GTA 3

bought my XBOX cuz N64 was boring as shiite. Why? 2 reasons, I played Halo a week b4 i purchased the xbox (thank god for my friend) and cuz it was superior (i don't give a rat's ass about PS2 and it's many mediocre selection of games) to the other consoles out on the market at that time (and still is)

my 1st console was a genesis, or maybe it was a snes, forgot. i don't remember y i got it. think it was a present. then i got n64 from my uncle as a present. then i bought gbc with $$ sent to me by my grandparents as a christmas. so i didn't spend any $$ on consoles. i havn't bought any of the trio

Simple PS2 because they have better games I like

I personally hate FPS games

XBOX are full of FPS and war games.

XBOX didn't have cricket Madden Final Fantasy. and several other sporting games when it first came out.

I am a RPG die hard fan and other then fable which just came out XBOX has no other good RPG I can think of which PS2 would not have

but now I'm more of a PC gamer
