    What does a tv tuner do? Does it enable you to watch TV on your computer? Do you have to have cable? Can you just stick an antenna in it?

    Whilst true, it must be said that any TV within range of hobbes seems to enjoy particularly excellent reception.
    This may just be a singularity or applicable to any of his race....
