Thread: MSN Messenger & Port Forwarding

    Does transfering files with MSN Messenger require port forwarding, and if so what range? I've read that 6.x messenger clients that are connected to other 6.x messenger clients use a totally random port. Sharing files seems a bit slow to me so I thought that might solve the problem if I could find out what ports.
