Well, far short of actually changing the link itself, but then the new google search wont work, it's 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other

The point is that that link http://www.filesharingtalk.com/ is what is advertised on most sites that link to us and the first result on my google search. You try getting anywhere form that front page

Admittedly if you had the index.php? bit to the end of you get redirected but thats not the point for newcomers is it

No. The google search won't change. It will always have www.filesharingtalk.com as the first item when searching for filesharingtalk.

erm excuse me but as the bots come and go and the new link is used more, the meter tags will change and the old results will sink as the new ones rise thru popularity

I don't think so but even if that is the case then we would need traffic to make that change happen. Now there's a real catch22.

I still think that the actual www.filesharingtalk.com will stay the first on the list because it's the closest the the word (the actual word filesharingtalk).
