I just allow myself to wake up naturally

I always usd to wake up before the alarm clock and just turn it off and then go back to sleep

I have an alarm clock but since they now come with the snooze option (like the last 20 years or whatever) I feel they are a bit pointless.

I now sleep with the tele on. When I hear Lorraine Kelly i know it's time to get up

My phone does have an alarm but I turn it off before I go to bed
