How do I make a basic black border for my sig in Photoshop?

Uhh i think this is the right forum. How do I make a basic black border for my sig in Photoshop? My sig is below. Plz help.

I don't know how to do it in Photoshop. I use Paint Shop Pro, here you go:

take the rectangular square tool (top lright on toolbar)
make the square
right clik - stroke
select color\pxl width etc
ok
