    Im currently living on campus at a university, and am using their internet in my dorm. I've been trying to figure out if it is possible for me to open up ports...in the past i've just had to type my ip adress into the explorer bar, but that doesn't work here for some reason... could someone help me figure this out?...thanks,

    no need to open new ports just use the onces that are working like port 80
