Neither version of Limewire (Pro and regular) has spyware. The regular version just has an ad or something (Don't ask me, I've never used it) The Pro version has no ads or anything.

do you would know that winmx has an tiny IE window in the UI that "phones home" and tells them when youre using winmx and how long its running, since it refreshes all the time winmx is running.
