I currently have Comcast Cable, not sure what upload/download caps are in place but it has slowed down considerably since I began using it last year. I am thinking about switching to WOW (WideOpenWest), I can get digital cable for the TV and faster internet (1.5) with 3 IP addresses for a lot less than I am currently paying for regular cable TV and the 1.2 cable internet.

If anyone has good or bad info to share regarding WOW, I would be greatful to hear your remarks.

    I'm on a 56K connection with a free ISP...

BUT, unlike the average free 56K connection. I'm connected with NO banners/ads, and I never get disconnected.

While the average 56K AOL user paids $20.00+ for internet. I have the same 56K speed (not much ), no disconnecting, no retarded AOL broswer, and I don't pay a cent to anyone.
