    ok I do not know much about this!!


    I do know however, thati have NTL broadband and i get a wee silver modem-thing!


    And i also know that my mean dad makes me pay the £15 a month for it! (meanie - I'm still at school and everything and as the youngest of 4 i think i should be given some sort of compensation for psychological damages that were inflicted on me when i was wee-er)

    I use a little "ripper" called snowcrest in nor- california usa.
    I'm on a 56k, they also have dsl, but I'm too far out in the woods for it

    oh shit....I have to pay for it!!

    it's definately not 15 pounds a month tho...

    604kbps downstream(73 KB/sec)
    117 kbs upstream
    No cap(I've heard of anyways), never been warned about it.
    Pay $39.99 per month.

    p.s. Why pay for second IP address? Use a gateway(router or 2nd PC) for your main IP. Use it to create it's own subaddresses. No additional charge.
