When I try to make a new partition, it says I have to restart my pc for settings to take effect. When I restarted my PC, I got an error, I belive it was 4562, I did a google search, but it did not say anything. Does anyone know what is wrong?

I jave tried partitioning with P Magic got the same errors
so went over to
Acronis Partition Expert
which is Fast Easy Simple

read the manual. it has, in one section, all of the error codes along with a description and how fix it.
I still am having problems...
