Body shop. Look for a green light infront of it.

that's a pretty common glitch in games, the layers not being sorted correctly. other people are prolly having that problem too, and it should be fixed by a game patch or a new graphics driver, depending on whose fault it is (game company or graphics card company).

Take light glow off.
