will this HSF fit on my mobo

mobo: GA- 7N400 Pro 2 (k7 Triton) from gigabyte.

most of the reviews say its a good HSF, and im having some serious problems w/ my stock HSF (67 Idle, didnt try w/ load).
Im worried that it wont fit on my mobo tho, the stock AMDXP 2800+ was a pretty tight fit, stupid capacitors >.<

I'm pretty sure it will fit but ask your supplier before you order it.
