Thread: IE History Removal

  1. #1
I used window washer washed everything however theres a few URLs that wont get erased on matter what.

I tried searching the registry and the typed url section but it wasnt there... i went to tools >> clear history wont work either...

its kinda weird, theres no trace of them anywhere... except they still show up in ie...

Didn't see that? Now I do sorry , but is funny tho ,I mean washer should clean that up right off , unless he has a setting checked off! What I mean is under options .

    Hello!

So Windows Washer wont clean up properly!

Chek the Auto Complete function(not exactly sure what it is called in English) under IE options(Tools>Options) under the content tab you will find a Auto Complete button click it and then look if web adresses are beeing stored if so uncheck that option and clear the old addresses out( I think there is a button for that to).

    Sincerely Joakim Agren!
