Would Anybody Help Me?

Hi,
Got the below wallpaper of Angelina Jolie but would like to change it a bit.
I got Paintshop Pro 9 but am Crap with it...
Does anyone know where you can find guides for help with it (I know it has help within but its quite basic) to make life easier?
Or.. Can anyone adjust the picture for me and re-post it.. cheeky I know but.....

Anyway what I would like is Angelina slightly smaller and in the centre of the (picture) Blackness..

I appreciate anyones help

all you do is use the rectangle selection tool to select the area with angelina, then cut\paste it and move to center.

then on the right side where it will now be white or transparent you just color black and done.

I use adobe too but can't figiure it out either! But did download your picture, just to , well never mine !
