It's true, Half-Life 2 is slower paced than most shooters. However, I believe that is why the experience so immersive. The whole game is a joy ride where you bask in the world's gritty beauty. Driving down the coastline was an amazing experience.
My friend has a "no steam" half life 2 installed.Whenever he goes online there is uploading/downloading of data.He was wondering if valve would automatically ban or lock his game.
Is it safe to play hl2 "no steam" online safely?

I got stuck in that spot and searched my brains out for that. Finally i started messing with the game and found a solution. Its simple really. Just go into the elevator press F6 wait one second and press F9 then. Its quick save and quick load. It works every time.
