Regaerding no KaZaa try a pot number beyond 5000 (like 5010 or whatever),
this may work, though it may take quite awhile to connect the first time, let me know.
Also interesting is Filetopia,
has encryption to stop those such as your isp (maybe will help you) from seeing what you transfer.
Make sure to change the encryption under security after you start.
It is tame but I think it will grow.
