Lilmiss, if your BT exchange can support Broadband then there are hundreds of ISP's you can choose from to give you Broadband... it pays to shop around, BT isnt the best ISP


Try looking at Pipex etc too

If she hasnt now, then it wont be long, they've made a commitment to upgrade all their exchanges by next year now ... the old system of % of population kicking off the upgrade wasnt working.

Having said that BT suck big time and are all stupid and for a comunications company they sure have a major lack of comunication
