got it running, runs kinda choppy at 1024x768but ya, everything looks good. and there ARE crosshairs in the game, I don't know what you're talking about

dont you get iron sights.
why dont you start in simple mode the tape some sights onto the screen. it's not cheating, it's improvising
did you pick up some ammo before attempting the shooting
