Ever since our photo shoot with the curvaceous Vida Guerra, we’ve been unable to get Sir Mix-A-Lot’s classic booty anthem “Baby Got Back” out of our head. Until recently, the 25-year-old model / actress was an undiscovered beauty working away as a loan officer at a brokerage company in New Jersey.
Thanks to a friend (which we can’t begin to thank enough), photos of this Cuban goddess were sent to FHM Magazine where they garnered some serious public attention, with readers requesting to see more of her. Thanks to democracy and the rules of demand, they soon got their wish.
Aside from Guerra’s more obvious “assets,” and exotic J. Lo-esque figure, she’s also a highly educated and motivated individual, making this single hottie the perfect package.
The countless magazine features she’s done to date are just the tip of the iceberg, as Guerra has clearly set her sights on Hollywood. She first popped onto the acting scene through several memorable music videos, alongside artists like P.diddy and Nelly in “Shake Ya Tailfeather”, (where she did just that) and with Cassidy in “Get No Better.” Guerra’s previous roles also include appearing on the Chappelle Show and a short comedy titled Writer’s Block. Fellas, be sure to keep a lookout for much more in 2005, as Vida is set to kick some serious butt on the big screen in the upcoming film Kakuy.
How long have you been modeling for?
I’ve been modeling for a year and half. I used to be a loan officer at a brokerage company.

Funny, loyal, loving.
How and when did you start modeling?
I started modeling in 2002, when a friend of my ex-boyfriend submitted my pictures to FHM Magazine. Ever since the first photo shoot with FHM I haven’t looked back. It’s all history.
What are some of your modeling highlights so far?
Appearing in FHM Magazine, King, XXL, cover of Open Your Eyes, cover of Smooth. Also, I shot an ad campaign for Avirex clothing.
If you were not a model, what would you be doing?
I guess I would be working a 9-5 and hating it.
What is the most exotic location you have traveled to while on the job?
I recently got back from Jamaica. I was there shooting for my Calendar.
What is your dream car?
I haven’t really made up my mind yet. I keep changing it. That’s the bad thing about Pisces, we can never make up our mind.
How was your first kiss?
Yucky. I didn’t really like it.
Have you posed in the nude before?
Yes, for FHM Magazine for the December 2003 issue. Sorry guys, you can’t really see anything. It was a closed set and the only one that saw me was the photographer. I didn’t care though; I’m not embarrassed of my body.
What did your parents say when they found out you posed nude?
Well let’s just say I have very strict parents but they didn’t really get mad because you couldn’t see anything, not even my face. It was more of an artistic shoot.
Are you naturally aspirated or heavily modified?
Well, I do have implants.
Which part of your body is your favourite?
Well I like my feet and my stomach. I have a little devil tattoo on my lower stomach which I hate now and am looking to remove soon.
Describe your sexiest outfit?
All my outfits are sexy. I only wear G-strings. smiles
How do you avoid tan lines?
I go to a tanning salon.
Size or stamina?
Both. Don’t you guys know us women want it all? laughs
How do you stay in such great shape?
I go to the gym three to four times a week, try to eat healthy when I can and drink a lot of water. It really sucks to exercise but a girl has to do what a girl has to do.
What are your favourite types of food?
I love Pizza and Ice Cream.
What do you like to do for fun?
Anything under the sun.
What are some of your goals?
I want to get more into acting and become an actress. That’s my one and only goal right now.
Do you have any upcoming projects?
The launch of my new Calendar, it’s available through my website www.vidasworld.com. I’m also shooting a movie called Kakuy, in which I have the lead role. It will be out in theatres soon so watch for it.
How would you describe your personality?
I’m goofy and like to have fun. I always try to make people laugh and I’m very easy going, down to earth.
What kind of music are you into?
I like all types of music except heavy metal and country. I just can’t get into that.
What can a guy say to make you melt?
Just say something sweet and really mean it.
What would a guy have to do to get your attention?
Make me laugh and be unique.
What is the sexiest thing about a man?
His eyes.
How would you describe your driving style?
Cruisin’ for sure. I’m more of a laid back person.
What would you do to seduce a guy?
It depends on the guy and the mood. I’d probably use my eyes, lips, and a smile.
If a guy cheated on you what you do?
I would dump his ass on the spot.
What is the kinkiest thing you have ever done?
I’ve actually done a couple of things, but I don’t really want to go into that. laughs
What are some of your favourite stores to shop in?
I don’t have a favourite. It all depends on the stuff that’s inside.
If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would buy my parents a beautiful house in Florida and invest the rest in my own company.
