Here's an interesting point.

Im not spending my time here running after banned ppl.
I dont really mind if a person comes back and keeps the Banned
username/person totally unrelated.

Example: if Billy is here with another account, its OK by me
as long as he dont connect it to the billydean account and plays
by the same rules we all got here.

Also, if he dont reveal himself to be Billy Dean in anyways and
(also if he's not braking teh rules) using a Proxy,
it would very difficult for me to say he is actually Billy Dean.

There's also the Technical side of things.

If i remember you was on Banned member-list as we didnt have a Moderated member-list working.

And, Banned or Moderated does technically the same thing, you're not allowed to post.

Things are not always black and white, and Mods do some feckups too.

I posted something in the Lounge the other day what i thought i was posting to Team forum. I did apologise for it thought, it was a mistake
with Tabbed browsing and i wasnt as awake as I should've been.
(Its easy to blame teh browser)
