    Its supposed to fix performance problems like stuttering in the game.. thats why he needs it..

    Really? I have that problem when i click Save, and Load, but I just thought it was because of my performance. If anyone can find a cracked version of this patch anywhere?

    its out there, look for emporios forums, they got lotsa info about hl2 and css

    i've seen it on suprnova in some of those packs.

    doesnt take too much time to seach for it
