As for qualifications and experience I'm at a loss to understand their relevance. I'm 27, and have worked all my life until now when I have gone back to University. So you could say I have both, so I guess round your way I would be quite comfortable.

No they don't, I'm serious, why do you think people travel and move to the city? this is a very small town with shops, pubs and a couple of garages (trained on site mechanics, not in college). and builders, and if you walk on site with a certificate you can bet it will be nailed to your lunchbox by the end of the day.
