I don't know how to cook them either (scrambled eggs) - they always turn into a kind of broken omlette
Probably tastes the same, anyway.

Yeah, you missed me getting sent home after 2.5 hours
Its easy, take 2 eggs and break into a bowl or mixing jug, add 3 big spoons of milk (the ones just up from teaspoons) and whisk it all together so its all mixed up.
Add a knob of butter to a saucepan and let it heat up, when its all melted add the mixture and stir continuously on a low heat until its rerady
