Okay, I cleaned it up a bit. How does this look? If the boxes are UNchecked, it's the same as them not even being listed right?? The ones that aren't checked are not running and are using zero resources right? I'm just asking to be certain.

yes they wont run on startup and therefore use 0 resources.

What are ultramon and the two starrting with cc?

The two with cc in the front are Norton AV stuff that won't work properly if turned off (or so they say).

What's Ultramon? You have two monitors right? Do you manage them with just the windows software? If so, I would highly recommend Ultramon. If you use it, pm me and I'll get you the rest of what you need.
