Corrupted Files

Does any1 know where i can get a tool that fixes some corrupted movies? i can play some movies but it seems that there are afew movies that get half way then say the file is corrupted.

do a search on google for virtualdub_mp3freeze....it is a free download

I suggest the mp3freeze version because so many files are XviD now, and regular vdub will not deal with them...

scan the movie for bad frames, and delete the frames that are bad...if it is a really bad glitch it will crash vdub...note the frame that it crashed at, then re-open vdub, go past that frame by a bit and work backwards till you find the end of the crashing segment...delete...make the direct stream copy..then scan again...this is a pain in the ass but it works
